A possible learning progression

One direction under consideration pairs focused study inside a single College, such as Wash Systems and Equipment, with broader coverage across the other five. No final pathway names, sequence, or requirements have been set.

Role-based, stackable direction

The architecture under review is role based and stackable. It may serve attendants, wash-bay operators, supervisors, maintenance technicians, mobile and fleet contractors, developers, environmental staff, general managers, and employer instructors. Final credential names, sequences, and requirements have not been approved.

Controls required before a credential launches

A credential should not be presented as industry recognition unless the standard, assessment, administration, and employer evidence behind it exist. Before any TWU credential becomes active, the applicable controls below need written approval and an operating process.

• Published competency standards and training prerequisites
• A secure examination with a published minimum passing score
• A practical assessment where the role requires demonstrated field skill
• Identity verification and documented result records
• Expiration, renewal, and any approved continuing-education requirements
• An ethics and credential-use policy
• A privacy-safe public verification service backed by a real registry
• Revocation, correction, and appeal procedures
• Documented employer validation before any recognition claim is published

Current status: None of these controls is being represented as an active credential service. No public verification page will be published until a real registry and support process exist.
